Is the Cat 700 MCA approved?
Our commercial catamaran designs are being developed to support UK MCA commercial fishing requirements. Final approval depends on the completed vessel, documentation and inspection process. We do not claim MCA approval at this stage and recommend buyers discuss their specific certification requirements with us.
What engines does the Cat 700 come with?
Twin Yamaha 150HP outboards are included as standard. Alternative engine options including Mercury and Suzuki are available. We offer both UK-supplied engines (full warranty) and China-sourced engines (lower cost, no UK warranty).
Can I get a custom commercial layout?
Yes. We work with Qingdao All Heart Marine Co. to develop custom specifications for commercial buyers. Please contact us with your requirements.
What is the range of the Cat 700?
With a 400L fuel capacity and twin 150HP engines, range will depend on speed and load. At economical speeds the Cat 700 offers good offshore range. Contact us for detailed performance data.
Is the catamaran suitable for the Solent and Channel?
The twin-hull design offers excellent stability in the choppy and tidal conditions of the Solent and English Channel. Please discuss your specific operational area with us.
