UK-backed hull warranty

Manufacturer-backed hull warranty with All Heart Marine UK as your UK point of contact. We handle warranty claims on your behalf.

Engine warranty via brand dealer

UK-supplied Yamaha, Suzuki and Mercury engines carry their full manufacturer warranties through UK dealer networks — handled entirely separately from us. China-sourced engines do not carry a UK or global warranty.

Spare parts ordering

Direct line to the manufacturer for replacement parts. Most parts ship to the UK within 2–4 weeks. Common wear items stocked in Portsmouth.

Portsmouth-based support

We are on the Solent. Sea trials, viewings, handovers and ongoing support all available locally. We know the waters our customers use.

Boat show & demonstration plans

We are working towards a boat show presence and demonstration programme from Portsmouth. Sea trials available by appointment once our UK demonstrator arrives.

All Heart Marine UK is being built as the long-term UK support point for sales, options, parts and customer aftercare — not a one-off import operation. Our founding partners have 60+ years of combined UK marine experience. Your purchase comes with people who actually answer the phone.

What warranty comes with the boat hull?
The hull carries a manufacturer-backed warranty administered through All Heart Marine UK Ltd. We are your UK point of contact for all warranty claims and will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
What happens if I need spare parts?
We maintain a direct relationship with Qingdao All Heart Marine Co. for parts supply. Most parts can be ordered and shipped to the UK within 2–4 weeks. We aim to stock common wear items locally in Portsmouth.
Are you a permanent UK business or a one-off importer?
All Heart Marine UK Ltd is a registered UK company (No. 17157602) incorporated in April 2026 and run by UK-based partners with 60+ years of combined marine experience. We are building this as a long-term business — not a one-off import.
Who handles engine warranty?
Engine warranty is handled directly by the relevant UK manufacturer dealer network — Yamaha, Suzuki or Mercury — in the same way as any engine purchased in the UK. This is entirely separate from All Heart Marine UK.
Can I get the boat serviced locally?
Yes. Yamaha, Suzuki and Mercury all have extensive UK service networks. For hull and structural work, any competent aluminium fabricator or marine engineer can work on the boat.
